Herschel Carnival: Harmony and Happiness Festival

Join us on 22 November from 3 pm - 9 pm at the Douglas Murray Field for the Harmony and Happiness Festival, celebrating unity and joy in our school community. Enjoy live bands, entertainment, delicious food stalls, exciting rides, and fun games for all ages. A bright, cheerful event not to be missed!

Wristbands = Entry into Carnival

Wristband Options are as follows:

1. RIDER WRISTBANDS - R200

2. NON-RIDER WRISTBANDS - R140

3. PENSIONERS WRISTBAND - R50

4.⁠ ⁠⁠COMBO | Rider + Gr 7 VIP TENT WRISTBAND - R300

5.⁠ ⁠⁠COMBO | Non-Rider + Gr 7 VIP TENT WRISTBAND - R240

PLEASE NOTE: No ticket sales/wristbands to be on sale on carnival days, Pre-sold event only.

Ticket sales available until mid-night on 18 November 2024 or while stocks last.

1. RIDER WRISTBANDS

• A RIDER wristband gives entry into the Carnival, plus access to all BIG rides.
• The smart chip within the band can hold 'credit' and is used for purchases within the carnival.
• Credit can be pre-purchased with your ticket as a combo
• Credit can be pre-purchased during the ticket purchase process.
• Credit can also be topped up at the carnival at the top-up stations.

2. NON-RIDER WRISTBANDS

• A NON-RIDER wristband gives entry into the Carnival only, nothing else.
• This band must be worn by all adults and children over 2 years of age who are NOT planning to ride.
• The smart chip within the band can hold credit and is used for purchases within the carnival.
• Credit can be pre-purchased with your ticket as a combo
• Credit can be pre-purchased now during the ticket purchase process.
• Credit can also be topped up at the carnival at the top-up stations.

3. NON-RIDER WRISTBANDS (PENSIONERS)

• A PENSIONERS wristband gives entry into the Carnival only, nothing else.
• This band must be worn by all adults over 60 years of age who are NOT planning to ride.
• The smart chip within the band can hold credit and is used for purchases within the carnival.
• Credit can be pre-purchased with your ticket as a combo
• Credit can be pre-purchased now during the ticket purchase process.
• Credit can also be topped up at the carnival at the top-up stations.

4. COMBO | Rider + Gr 7 VIP Tent Ticket

• •⁠A COMBO | Rider + Gr 7 VIP wristband gives you all the same benefits as a RIDER ticket PLUS entrance to the Grade 7 VIP Tent 
• This band is ONLY for Grade 7s. Access into the tent will be denied if you are not a Grade 7 student.  
• Grade 7 VIP tent offers: golden circle access to watch the live band, chill out zone, photobooth, mocktail bar, magician, selfie wall, motorbike simulator, popcorn, candy floss and more!
• ⁠⁠The smart chip within the band can hold credit and is used for purchases within the carnival and Grade 7 VIP tent
• Credit can be pre-purchased with your ticket as a combo
• ⁠⁠Credit can be pre-purchased during the ticket purchase process.
• ⁠⁠Credit can also be topped up at the carnival at the top-up stations.

5.⁠ ⁠⁠COMBO | Non-Rider + Gr 7 VIP Tent Ticket

• A COMBO | Non-Rider + Gr 7 VIP wristband gives you all the same benefits as a NON-RIDER ticket PLUS entrance to the Grade 7 VIP Tent 
• This band is ONLY for Grade 7s. Access into the tent will be denied if you are not a Grade 7 student.

6. T's&C's:

1. No entry without a wristband, except for under 2's.
2. Purchases at stalls are via credit loaded onto wristbands prior to carnival and during carnival at topup stations.
3. Avoid queues and purchase pre-loaded wristbands now.
4. Pre-purchasing of wristbands is for Herschel families and friends
